A small Filipino bakery and café facing Shepherd's Bush Green in west London. It bakes traditional Filipino breads and sweet goods such as pandesal, ensaymada and ube cake, and also sells a small range of Filipino groceries. Soft, pillowy East Asian–style breads and pastries set it apart from a typical British bakery. Signature bakes include pandesal, ensaymada, ube cake and cassava cake.
Allan's is open 7 days a week. It opens as early as 7am, handy for a pre-work loaf or coffee. Sundays are covered too. Food hygiene officers from Hammersmith and Fulham rated it 4 – Good when they inspected on 30 April 2025.
Arriving by public transport? Head for Shepherd's Bush Underground station; from there it is a walk of about 2 minutes. It is not the only option nearby: there are 8 more bakeries within a kilometre, so a bakery crawl is easily done. From central London it is roughly 4.0 mi away.
